What is e-counselling?
E-counselling is counselling over the internet using e-mail or services such as MSN Messenger or Skype.

What to expect from your e-Counsellor
Your therapist will respond and give considered response to your messages and statements which will include feedback through questions and comments designed to help you explore issues more fully.

What is telephone counselling?
Telephone counselling is a typical 50 minute counselling session over the telephone.

To utilise our e-counselling service you do not require any specialised software or equipment, simply discuss this option with your therapist and they will talk you through the best option for you.
